[Android] eclipse ADB server didn't ACK, failed to start daemon

If you found ADB can't recognize your phone, do the following:
1. Close your Eclipse.
2. Remove USB of phone
3. Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open task manage then end task of adb
4. Try again
