code signing is required for product type 'Application' in SDK 'iOS 6.1'

Update provision profile on your iOS device and make sure it is valid. Then set up target and project code signing to the provision. If do not have provision, need to download from the provision from iOS developer.

Also need to go to your build setting and set a "Code Signing Identity" for each debug and release for "Any iOS SDK".
