Android 4.4 Bluetooth pairing

1. Set the chip default pin code as "1234"
2. Use Android BLE App to connect BLE sensor, then show pairing request.
3. Need to key "001234" to do bonding but not "1234"

For iOS, just key "1234" is Okay.
